Why Homeowners Call Us

Flat roofs fail at the seams.

Most flat-roof leaks start at a seam, a patch, or a spot where water pools and sits. Built-up and single-ply roofs are full of those seams — and our sun works every one of them until it opens up.

Spray polyurethane foam goes on as a seamless, fully-adhered layer with no seams to fail, then a reflective coating locks out UV and water. Recoated on schedule, a foam roof can last indefinitely. Three generations on Valley roofs means we know flat.

What’s Included

A flat roof done to last.

Clean & prep

The existing roof cleaned, dried, and prepped — or torn off where it’s too far gone — so the new system bonds to a sound surface.

Spray foam (SPF)

Seamless spray polyurethane foam, fully adhered, that self-flashes every penetration and adds real insulation value on top.

Reflective coating

An elastomeric coating over the foam that reflects the sun, waterproofs the surface, and can be renewed instead of replaced.

Ponding & drainage

Foam built up to move water toward the drains — killing the ponding spots that rot a flat roof from the top down.

Recoat & renew

Foam roofs are renewed with a fresh coat every 10 to 15 years — a fraction of a tear-off, so the roof effectively never ages out.

Energy savings

A reflective foam roof cuts attic heat and cooling bills — the roof pays part of its own way every summer.

FLAT ROOFS IN THE VALLEY

Flat roofs fail at the edges.

On a flat roof, the field rarely leaks. Parapet walls, scuppers, drains, and rooftop AC curbs do. Ponding water after a monsoon finds every weak seam. Spray foam goes on seamless and wraps every penetration and parapet in one continuous layer, which is why it’s the Valley standard for flat roofs and walk decks.

WHAT IT COSTS

Foam, TPO, or a recoat.

Spray foam runs about $650 per square, or $13,000 to $19,500 on a typical roof, and lasts 25 to 35 years with a recoat every 5 to 7. TPO runs about $1,000 per square, or $20,000 to $30,000. If your foam roof is still sound, a recoat at $3,000 to $8,000 can add years without a tear-off. We’ll tell you which one your roof needs.

Common Questions

What homeowners ask first.

Foam or TPO — which is better for a flat roof in Phoenix?+
For most Valley homes, foam. It’s seamless, insulates, and handles parapets and penetrations better. TPO fits simple roofs with few penetrations.
How much does a foam roof cost?+
About $650 per square, or $13,000 to $19,500 on a typical roof.
How often does a foam roof need a recoat?+
Every 5 to 7 years. Skip it and UV breaks down the foam, and a $3,000 recoat becomes a full replacement.
Why is water ponding on my flat roof?+
Usually low spots, clogged drains, or settled foam. Standing water more than 48 hours after rain needs attention before it finds a seam.
Do you do walk decks and balconies?+
Yes. We coat walk decks and balconies with a waterproof, non-slip finish.
