Where We Work
Roofs in every corner of the Valley.
Phoenix
Hardacker Roofing is based on Bell Road in North Phoenix, and we repair and replace roofs across the city: tile, shingle, flat foam, and metal. Most Phoenix roofs we see need one of two things: new underlayment under good tile, or a flat roof brought back with foam and a fresh coating.
→Roofing in PhoenixScottsdale
Hardacker roofs homes across Scottsdale, from 1970s McCormick Ranch tile to new custom builds in North Scottsdale. Older Scottsdale roofs usually need new underlayment or foam. New luxury homes need a roofer who can read the plans and detail every transition before the first tile goes on.
→Roofing in ScottsdaleParadise Valley
Paradise Valley roofs are seen from every angle: from the street, from neighboring lots, and from above on Camelback and Mummy Mountain. Hardacker roofs estate and hillside homes here in clay tile, standing-seam metal, and flat contemporary systems, with the detailing those homes demand.
→Roofing in Paradise ValleyFountain Hills
In Fountain Hills, the roof is part of the view, from your own windows and from every lot above you. Hardacker roofs custom homes in Adero Canyon and repairs and replaces roofs across town, from 1980s tile to hillside flat roofs.
→Roofing in Fountain HillsCave Creek & Carefree
Cave Creek and Carefree homes sit on big desert lots with territorial and Santa Fe architecture, which means a lot of flat foam roofs, parapet walls, and heavy tile. Hardacker repairs, recoats, and replaces them, and roofs new custom homes in both towns.
→Roofing in Cave Creek & CarefreeMesa
Mesa has decades of housing in one city, from 1960s flat-roof ranches to 2000s tile subdivisions in East Mesa. Hardacker repairs and replaces roofs across Mesa, and the most common job is new underlayment under tile that still looks good from the street.
→Roofing in MesaGilbert
Most of Gilbert was built between the mid-1990s and late 2000s, and most of it is concrete tile over felt underlayment. That felt is reaching the end of its life now. Hardacker replaces it with a lift-and-relay: your same tile, new waterproofing underneath.
→Roofing in GilbertChandler
Chandler's neighborhoods were mostly built from the 1980s through the 2000s, and the tile roofs on them are hitting the age where the underlayment fails. Hardacker repairs leaks and replaces underlayment across Chandler, keeping your tile and replacing what's under it.
→Roofing in ChandlerGlendale
Glendale is close to home for us, a short drive from our Bell Road office. Hardacker repairs and replaces roofs across Glendale, from older shingle and flat-roof homes in the south to tile subdivisions in Arrowhead and the north.
→Roofing in GlendalePeoria
Peoria grew fast through the 1990s and 2000s, and most of those homes have concrete tile over felt underlayment that's now wearing out. Hardacker repairs leaks and replaces underlayment across Peoria, from Fletcher Heights to Vistancia.
